About Us
Mission Statement
Cccs is a registered charity established in 1992. The aim of the charity is to provide
practical help and services for the benefit of local community especially those who
suffer health inequalities, disabilities, cultural and religious issues. Our organisation is a non-political body and it does not involve activities which are against British Law. It is run by the Executive Management Committee comprising of Trustees, Chairman and general Secretary. Since we are attracting funding from various bodies such as National Lottery Community Fund, European Social Fund and Croydon Council. We also accept donations and funds from National Lottery. The orgnisation hold various policies such as vulnerable adult policy, health & safety, equal opportunities etc.
What We do
We provide counselling and consultation on various issues, practical help, advice and representation in tribunal for welfare benefits, education housing and health issues. We also provide hot food packets to elderly and members of community struggling with health issues. We also hold various informative and activity-based events for elderly, disabled and carers.
Our Committee
The Executive Management Committee is equipped with knowledge and experience, committed to create positive enviourment in which all the individuals and volunteers will develop community cohesion and bring the people together. New staff members will be provided induction and training and will be fully devoted.
